JC Automation & Controls was approached by an OEM manufacturer to possibly design and manufacture a new control system.  The customer was looking for a simpler system to install and use for their systems.  Due to size and cost constraints, the best solution to move forward with was using an embedded system including full color touchscreen HMI, custom communication PCBA for the HMI and custom control PCBA. 

JC Automation & Controls was ultimately awarded the job and will be the contract manufacturer for this OEM.  Prototype units are currently being evaluated and tested by the customer. The control system is projected to go into production early 2022.
